About us
The mother of the company is` AMRA’, the brain child of Mr. DMK Nazrul Islam, the honorable chairman of this company. The dream of the chairman is to serve the nation by trying to build up a strong nation and economy. The Board of Directors is responsible for setting business objectives strategic directions of the group for overseeing and monitoring the company’s business affairs. Day to day management, other activities and the implementation of its strategy are delegated to chairman as head of the company .This company is committed to attain the objectives by honesty, sincerity, dedication and punctuality. Quality Management: Maintaining the quality is the biggest challenge of AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD. Quality control is a full cycle challenge for our company. It starts from Supply Chain Department where the Company estimates its material rates. When the Supply Chain Department purchases the material they will verify the material with grate conciseness to keep the material standard for project at equivalence. It is the first quality controlling point. After that at the receiving point the quality of the material will be verified by the engineers, and if it is within the quality standard, then it will be received and if not it will be rejected or returned to the supplier. So we want to say, we maintain our quality.
Project Management AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD. takes multiple projects which run simultaneously. Major project resources are managed from head office; and project sites are managed independently. Project Manager prepares project schedule, which works as a great tool for Project Management. It also gives the project task to do list with calendar planned start and end dates. Management can get percentage of completion of the project according to company’s standard by giving task weight age and their completion percentages. The work progresses are also recorded for monitoring and tallying against material consumption.
Material Management Material Management of our company is a sub process of Construction Management. It starts from entering the requisition against the Project. After approval of the requisition, Supply Chain Department will use these approved requisitions for giving Purchase Orders to vendors/suppliers to supply the material to our sites.
Complain Management Complain Management is a part of Customer Management in AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD. A satisfied customer is the best salesman for any business. Our Company which gets the fewer complains ensures better Company Working Standard. This solution gives the user the platform to record the complaints which comes from handed over projects. We can flag complain solution responsibilities to 1) Company, 2) Supplier and 3) Client. Business Development Management AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD., whose main business is to build Apartments, starts its cycle by acquiring land for the Project. This is the Business Development part of this company. Business Development Management provides the user to build a Landowner Database from which the Company will search for their landowners. This platform provides the means to keep records of proposals which have been sent to prospective landowners. After signing of the Agreement with the Landowner, the Landowner is tagged with his or her Project and all the details of the agreement are kept in Business Development Management.
Logistic Management AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD manages the Logistic affairs of the business which includes Legal Affairs, Utilities Connections, Vehicle Requisitions and others. Not only it keeps track of the progresses but also keeps record all related transactions. Logistic Management helps to track expenditure against each and every RAJUK issue under related authority organization.
