Set in the backstreets of Bashundhara down the beaten roads, amidst the chaos of metallic clinks and trinks of occasional rickshaws, lies a cozy blue cafe over-looking all the hustle and bustle of city life.

In this era of technology and social networking, where "Likes" speak opinions and broken words make conversations, where people behind screens are entranced in the world in front; our cozy blue escape aims to bring all that is lost, back on the table. Have a real conversation, share an idea, listen to new ones or simply celebrate being You. Our little retreat sits hiding in the most unlikely spot, only for you to take a step back from the vibrant city and enjoy the age-old ‘adda’ over a hot cup of coffee.

Not only do we aim to bring the warmth of companionship back, we also work to live up to our name. Antro; of the ancient Greek origin meaning Human; looks forward to celebrating all that is Human and Aesthetic. We as Humans are the most creative creatures, as we can create and recreate aesthetics by holding intimate events and showcasing various forms of artworks. Like poetry jamming to recipe sharing sessions, art exhibitions to music, book reading to having passionate cooks talking about their passion for food, Café Anthro is open for all.
