CLARICHEM LTD has started its journey back in 2011 as the consultating agent of Switzerland based specialty
chemical company CLARIANT for textile Dyes & Chemicals. Since August 2013 USA based private investment SK CAPITAL acquired the Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties, and Emulsions businesses of CLARIANT and renamed it as ARCHROMA. At present CLARICHEM is now representing ARCHROMA’s textile solutions in Bangladesh.

Created from the textile, paper and emulsions businesses of Clariant, Archroma is a global color and specialty chemicals company committed to innovation, world-class quality standards, high service levels, cost-efficiency and sustainability.

Archroma is headquartered in Reinach near Basel, Switzerland, and operates with approximately 3000 employees over 35 countries.

Through its three businesses: Textile Specialties, Paper Solutions and Emulsion Products, Archroma delivers specialized performance and color solutions to meet customer needs in their local markets.
