We are from Dhupguri, a town of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. We have been arranging a glamourous Cultural Program in the night of every 30th and 31st December, namely the Carnival and food Festival Dhupguri at the Handsome ground of Dhupguri Dakbanglow since the last seven years...
