Faridpur High School

Hi Everyone! Most Welcome to Faridpur High School.
The school established in 1851 as vernacular school for the boys who didn't go to British Governed English Medium School and then after 38 years, it had been transformed as first Bengali Medium Boys High School in Greater Faridpur as well as in southern part of Bangladesh. The school is well recognized all over the world because the most famous and the greatest scientist Sir Jagodish Chandra Bose had been completed his school education from this school and had connected with it. Later on, during his Scientist life, he had been visited our school and had gifted a wall Clock as souvenir, which still we’ve been keeping in Head Teachers room as a great phenomenon and glorious memory of him. Also, it is our pleasure that our schools' main building had been inaugurated by great leader A. K. Fazlul Huq in 1938. Our school enriches and enlighten by quality education from its’ early period, provides a superb schooling systems and creates a productive opportunities for boys educations, and their developments, which we all always try to keep up by all means. In every aspect of school activity, from merit performance and/or national level sports and games, science fair or debating we have had long heritage and glorious championing history.
