We would like to request U all to go through d delivery procedures N some rules N regulations of #FASHION_PALACE. I think it would help us to maintain a very good relations Wd our customers : -) <3

#Delivery_Procedure Of #FP:

1. For #Chittagong_Customers: In Ctg we provide Cash on delivery,. Apnara product Peye then payment korben to our agent. The delivery is done within 24 hours ( except any problems occur due to political situations or official problems ). If the delivery is stopped for any reasons, customers will b informed by our #Customer_Maintainance_Department.

Most #importantly.. in Ctg apnara 2 ways a product collect korte paren.. one is #Gec Delivery exactly AT 3 pm- 3:15 pm..If U R late for any purpose, .please don't blame us for that.. our agent will b der on sharp 3pm N will wait for U all for 15 mintz.N please keep patience if he is late for few minutes..as unake serially individual customer k call Kore Unader Product hand over korte hoi after calling each of them.. so sometimes it takes a bit time.hope U all can understand Apura. we try our best to deliver the things to our customers nicely. :-)

N for #home_delivery, our delivery starts after Gec delivery. N last for 10 pm..it would b kind if u all allow us the time 3:30 -10 pm cause it's really very difficult for us to maintain any fixed time for an individual customer as we have to maintain or deliver more than 30 parcels a day only in CTG. So please keep patience N knock us back if U don't get d things within 10 pm. Then we will give u d update keno apni product ti panni . N if U R not available at home during delivery time, kindly inform anyone from Ur family to pick d parcel N kindly keep Ur phone by Ur side. N yes defenately for exceptional cases,we wl try our best to maintain d fixed time, but sisters we can't promise as traffic is not on our hand :-(

2. In Dhaka City We have #two_methods of dlvry ...One is #Bkash prepayment n Another One is #Cash_On_delivery. on Both, customer will get home delivery .

But In #Bkash the delivery charge will be 60 Taka n soon after the payment it will take 1-2 days to reach the product in ur hand in this process. Kintu for sylhet, rajshashi etc it may take 4-5 days,as we send d parcel from CTG. as we send ur product through #Shundorbon_Courier Service, sometimes it may delay for any technical problems of Shundorbon that is not under our control. So Plz keep patience N apnara 2-3 days a parcel na Pele knock us back . Amra Amder shaddho Moto try korbo to help U out of this.

In #Cash_On_delivery, the charge will b 80 Taka as we have to go through #two process ( two Courier Company)..n it will take 5-7 days to reach d product at ur door. N apnara 3 days a na Pele Plz gv us a #reminder, N Jodi within a week na pan Plz #inform us about this. But yes, please pick up Ur phone on time when d deliveryman from d courier service at Ur door..otherwise it won't b #acceptable if U blame d courier service Or blame us. :-(

N for Dhaka cash on delivery N office cash collection.. please advance us by Bkash 80 taka on this number 01829353760/ 01704042389/ 01840009809 to confirm Ur order. ( noted : for exceptional cases, If U facing probz about Bkash, U can also recharge on this no N inform us. ) this rules we have to do as Onek Apura order Diye then parcel rcv korena..N for this we have to bear so many loses N also anker koshto Hoye jai..so I hope U all will understand our problems N will co-operative with us.. :-)

3. #Office_CASH_Collection,: Dhaka customers N other districts Apura Jodi cash collection Chan within a short time, 2-3 days N product Peye pay korte Chan Tahole U all can receive the parcel from the Shundorbon office N can pay after receiving d parcel. But yes 80 taka must U have to pay on advance as confirmation. ( delivery charge- 80 taka) N in this method, home delivery not possible..U have to collect from the office.

#Policies of #Fashion_Palace:

#EXCHANGE_Policy: No exchange policy will b granted by the organization.but yes,

If d mistake is done by the company, like any product damarage , product defection then it will b totally our responsibility to exchange d product.but it should b authentic also :-)

#Availability_OF_Response:

If any customers knock me on my personal profile N don't get any response on time, please knock on our page..there's our #page_controller ..she will help U about Ur query.if U Dnt get me, please don't b hypered or use any unethical words for that cause I have to keep so much busy with so many things ..hope U all can understand. But I always try my best to response U all as early as possible but yes when I m in a meeting or or stucked with something very personal issues, it seems really tough for me to handle the inbox 24 hours :-( soon after I back to my inbox,I will reply U all as early as I can.. :-)
