Pre Order Process:

1. Choose products from any Chinese website and provide us the link.

2. After confirming the order, we need 100% Advance of product price(90.00 take per Dollar).

3. Some products have some additional charges/TAX which customer need to pay separately before receiving the goods.

4. For larger item or quantity, weight charge will be applicable.

Order Processing Steps:

1. Can share the link by sending message in our inbox. After everything settles, we will ask for advance.

2. Customer can pay the advance by Bkash (Bkash Charge must be given by the customer) or Cash payment in our office.

Product Delivery Process:

1. Usually It will takes 3-4 weeks after confirming the order.

2. Customer has to pay rest of the amount while receiving the product.

3. The Pick Up Point would be at “Fortune Shopper’s” office.

Refund / Return Policies:

1. Customers will get refund if the seller is unable to deliver the product to our China office.

2. “Fortune Shoppers” holds the right to cancel or refund the customer’s order if any unavoidable circumstances arise.

3. We are not responsible if the product quality is not according to the quality expectation or not as the picture given on website. NO REFUND possible in this case.
