Hazirhat Upakul College

It`s an educational institute of Bangladesh which has been executing “Higher Secondary Education Programme” ( HSC ) on Science, Business and Human Studies since 1990.
It was founded by honourable Freedom-fighter Abul Barakat Dulal.
From the year of 1992 to present Mr. Abdul Motaleb Sir is administrating this college with honesty and intelligence.
