Inaugurated on 6th November 2016, this Studio is a total Fitness Destination for everyone. All types of workout sessions are being held here. Cardio based like Aerobics, Zumba Fitness, Bokwa Fitness and Weighted workouts including wrist weights, ankle weights ,free weights (Dumbbells) and Resistance tube workouts.Group Fitness Sessions and boot camp sessions are held here. Personal fitness Sessions also being given on demand.
About the Trainer: ''Daisy Gohain'' is the Fitness Instructor and owner of Home Fitness Studio who is a certified Fitness Trainer (Bangalore) and Zumba/Bokwa Fitness Instructor (Bangalore) having an experience of 1 and half year now as an active instructor shifted to Guwahati 1year back and after working in various gyms of Guwahati, now establishing her own Fitness Studio.
