Rymden Technologies Limited was formed in 2004 on the purpose of providing all sorts of solution in ICT industry. Especially a software developing firm, a call centre, a training centre is on our primary list of targets. Bangladesh as a rapidly developing country needs the support of ICT industry to emerge as a leading economy. Keeping that in mind we are on course to build one of the successful ICT organizations in the country. IT or rather known as Information Technology is now-a-days required in all fields of life. From a farmer using a cell phone to the Defense Ministry using satellite to communicate all are examples of IT uses in our daily lives. The directors of Rymden Technologies Limited came from all across the country thus making it a good prospect for regional developments as well. We will build infrastructures for some leading projects of the country. As we will be working on special training projects, so a successful training centre is on our primary target. We have targeted to build a training centre (land purchased) which will be used to instruct and train more than 30 trainees at a time. Another leading industry in ICT is Outsourcing so we had to have a facility for trainees and freelancers. It is the mission of Rymden Technologies Ltd to provide clients with top quality call center services 24 hours-a-day, a service that provides our clients with the best chance of communicating without any disturbance with their end customers. We are planning to introduce B2B and B2C services including both inbound and outbound calls. We have a dedicated and well trained cadre of customer support specialists who are able to consistently provide excellent services delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Whatever a client's customer relations goals are: quantifying sales leads, taking orders, responding to ad inquiries, market research, or general information requests, Rymden Tech has the people with the expertise to professionally service those needs. Its founding directors of Rymden has brought together a highly respected group of telemarketing and customer relations specialists who have a total of 15 years of combined experience with this industry.
