Goals of the Foundation:

1. To provide a quality education for local indigenous children of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and Sylhet Division.
2. To provide training and support to the poor of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and Sylhet Division by supporting the needs of rural women’s groups.


Vision of the organization:

Xpert Foundation is a totally non-profit organization based on democratic principles addressing basic needs of the local indigenous people. Xpert Foundation wishes that everybody, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, caste, creed and religious beliefs is able to live in peace and harmony and enjoy an enlightened, healthy and democratic society free from hunger, poverty, environmental degradation and all forms of exploitation based on age, sex, religion and ethnicity.

Mission of the organization:

Work with people whose lives are dominated by extreme poverty, illiteracy and other social needs using multifaceted development interventions. Strive to bring about a positive change in the quality of life of the poorest people of Chittagong Hill Tracts and Wet Lands (Haor) district.

Xpert Foundation is committed to making its programs socially, financially and environmentally sustainable, using innovative methods and appropriate technologies. Xpert Foundation believes and is actively involved in promoting human and women’s rights, human dignity and gender equity.

Although the emphasis of Xpert Foundation’s work is at the individual level, sustaining the work of the organization depends on maintaining an environment that permits the poor to break out of the frustrating cycle of poverty and hopelessness. To this end, Xpert Foundation endeavours to bring about change at the level of regional/local policy on poverty alleviation and social progress. The fulfilment of Xpert Foundation’s mission requires the service/contribution of competent professionals committed to the goals and values of Xpert Foundation.

Two steps are available to implement our work. Strategic decisions are made by a group of committed members and the institute has an elected Committee. Staff and volunteers are sufficient to run the program. Assistance and support on different issues including policy and decision-making, skill development, women’s empowerment, non-formal primary education, human rights activities and sustainable environmental development is sought from professional mentors.

Governing structure of the Foundation:

Xpert Foundation is managed by a small committee of 08 educated professionals and 24 members in total on a fully volunteer basis determined to act in support of the goals of the Foundation.
