In the year 2060 B.S. we established an organization "Birat Awas Sewa" which would provide assistance with the renting and or lease of the properties & houses.

After years of struggle we were able to register this organization as Birat Housing Company Pvt. Ltd. In the year 2066 B.S. on our private building. We now buy & sell Properties and we are also involved in plotting on various regions inside and out of Biratnagar.

On the demand & suggestions of our valuable Customers, we are looking forward to build houses and sell them. We also provide legal advices about the buying & selling of properties without any charges.

Birat Housing (P) Ltd. has been abiding all the laws, rules & regulations of the government of Nepal. We are open for everyone, 365 days a year.
