This institution “British College Of Law, Khulna offers a warm welcome to all people in the legal arena i.e. lawyers, judges, magistrates and law students or to all people outside the legal arena i.e. students in any categories, service holders, doctors, bankers, businessmen, professionals, NGO organizers, politicians, entrepreneurs of any age. BCL Khulna is endowed with the ability to teach law in affiliation with the University of London, UK through international programme and the students have the opportunity to receive a much vaunted British LL.B degree or to open a door to Barrister at Law degree sitting here in Khulna.

We know that to become a barrister, a student needs to acquire LL.B degree from any recognized university of the U.K which is a per-requisite for all barrister at law degree holders. We also know that a student who has obtained law degree from any university, even from the University of Dhaka of this country must have to face LL.B programme from any university of the U.K to obtain Bar at Law degree (nine month’s intimation to the U.K Bar).

BCL Khulna tries to complete LL.B programme sitting here in Khulna by facing examination through British Council. After completing LL.B from here, a student has to go to U.K to give intimation to the U.K Bar for nine months. Even if a LL.B degree holder does not wish to go to U.K for Bar at Law, he will also be able to face Bangladesh Bar Council Examination or Bangladesh Judicial Service Examination or any Equivalent Service Examination in this country.
