After making its foray into the sphere of higher and technical education, the ERD Foundation has now embarked on providing quality education in primary and secondary level so that our boys and girls can confidently qualify for admission in any top class institution for professional courses. Moreover, with this kind of solid foundation they would also become more confident to face the competitive examinations such as the IAS, IPS, ACS etc. With this goal in mind.

The first CBSE affiliated school of ERD Foundation Central Public School-Patharkandi has been set up in Karimganj District in April 2008.

ERDF set up its second Central Public School, CPS-Badarpur in Umarpur, near the Badarpur Town which was inaugurated by His Excellency Shri. R. S. Mooshahary, Governor of Meghalaya on 21st January, 2010.

To promote an educational institute with state of the art facilities, to provide quality education encompassing the needs of the rural and downtrodden children of different communities, with special attention to the development of minority communities and thereby producing required quality human resources for the development of the society.

Mission

To Nurture and Guide the young children so that they can develop an insight for pursuing higher education in the field of Medical science, Management science, Engineering & Technology, Administrative Services, Allied Services and Life Sciences etc.

To train the students to be good citizens so that they can shoulder social responsibilities along with the achievement of academic excellence.

To Develop Open Mindedness, Flexibility & Innovative ideas in young children.

To Develop a good personality and self- discipline among the children.

Last but not the least, to divide their problems, subtract their fears, add their confidence and multiply their results.

Location

1 k.m. away from Patharkandi Town in the District of Karimganj, Assam, the campus of CPS is adjacent to National Highway (Assam-Tripura) in a plot of approximately 8-acres of land.
