It has been widely acknowledged that a country’s development and prosperity depends mainly on the readiness of its youth with moral values, skills and capacities for successful and happy career building. While graduating students complain about unavailability of proper jobs in the market, companies argue stating the lack of transferrable, working skills of graduating students.
There exists a gap between university-acquired and job-required basic competencies such as making powerpoint presentation, office etiquettes, public speaking, networking techniques, general knowledge of the respective job field etc. etc. These elements are precursors for basic employment.
