If exercise and diet is followed parallely, then a person can lose up to 3/4kg per month, depending on their dedication towards maintaining their body. To lose weight people might believe only cardio is enough, but this is totally a wrong concept because without other workouts & diet, it is difficult to bring the body in shape.Hence, it is important for everyone to perform a complete exercise.
Cautions.
By doing exercise and diet together you can bring a perfect shape of the body. However, if we stop doing exercise after a while you may start gaining weight. This is mainly because everyday we are taking more calories in our body but burning less. There are people saying that if we stop doing exercise we may increase our body weight. This is totally wrong because stopping exercise might cause weight increases if we do not follow a diet regularly.To conclude, we can see that to remain healthy, exercise is very important.
