Today, DIRD Group has been diversified into the following:

RMG & Textiles Division
DIRD Group started its journey on the roads of RMG & Textile division in 1984 with its first woven garment factory. Later, to expand its horizon, it pushed itself to knit division to meet the growing demands of the quality garment products in international arena. Under this division, DIRD has expanded to:

Knit Section
1. DIRD Composite Textiles Ltd. (DCTL) – Established in 2005, it is a state-of-the-art knit composite textiles factory of the group with an integrated vertical setup.
2. Dipta Garments Ltd. Unit -1 (DPGL) – Established in 1993, Dipta Garments Ltd. is another 100% export oriented knit garments manufacturing factory of DIRD Group.
3. DIRD Printing & Embroidery Ltd. (DPEL) – DIRD Printing & Embroidery Ltd. Has highly configured printing machines which can print up to 25000 pieces of garments every day.

Woven Section
1. DIRD Garments Ltd. (DGL) – Established in 1984, DIRD Garments Limited is the first woven garment factory of the group.
2. Dipta Garments Ltd. Unit-2 (DPGL) – Established in 2010, Dipta Garments Ltd. Started exporting woven manufacturing garments to meet the increasing demands of global market.
3. DIRD Washing Plant Ltd. (DWPL) – DIRD Washing Plant Limited is the group’s modern garment washing plant, which offers all types of fabrics and garments washing.

Chemical Division
Dineel Dyechem Limited (DDL) – A leading supplier of Dyestuffs and Auxiliaries.

Engineering Division
1. DIRD Engineering Ltd. (DEL) – DIRD Engineering Limited provides two sorts of services – (1) ground engineering products and services, civil and geotechnical engineering and (2) the energy industry and oil exploration related services.
2. DIRD Felt Ltd. (DFL) – DIRD Felt Ltd. Is an ISO 9001:2008 certified non-woven needle punched geo-textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh. It provides a complete service of geo-synthetics technical expertise and materials designed to solve typical geotechnical and environmental engineering problems.
3. DIRD Polytex Ltd. (DPTL) – DIRD Polytex Limited is also an ASP 9001:2008 certified factory which is the manufacturer and exporter of PET Bottle Flakes, PP Staple Fibre, Polyester Staple Fibre.

IT Division
Raven Systems Ltd. (RSL) – A software development company specializing in mobile application development, ERP systems and all kinds of enterprise software solutions.

Agricultural Division
