Disha Eye Hospitals, a venture of three Doctors from NRS Medical College was formed on 1st May, 1997 in Barrackpore. Starting from a small town, Disha today has evolved as the largest state-of-the-art Eye Care Provider in Eastern India. Disha has branched out and opened 11 Hospitals in locations – Barrackpore, Sheoraphuli, Durgapur, Sinthi, Teghoria, Behala, Barasat, Gariahat, Mourigram, Berhampore and Burdwan. Disha is famed for its mission to provide affordable and quality eye care to all. Disha’s expansion plans lies in the principle to ensure that patients don’t have to travel much distances to avail Disha services.
