East-West Medical College & Hospital is located at place just adjacent to sector 10 Uttara Dhaka, on the bank of river Turag. The area is green , tramquil and calm, and ideal academic environment. The campus has ample space to accommodate hostels and other essential facilities. The college and hospital buildings are located in the same campus in an area of about 5 Acre of land, Its distance from the international airport of Dhaka is only 5 km. It has very good communication with the capital city and all over the country.
The East-West Medical College & Hospital is a registered institution permitted by the ministry of health and family welfare,govt. of the Peaplee Republic of Bangladesh and affiliated to Dhaka University and recognized by BMDC. The college offers 5 years MBBS course as formulated by BMDC.
650 beded hospitals is already running in the campus. OPD & indoor hospital are functioning in its own building. The following departments are there in the Hospital; Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Eye, ENT, Anaesthesiology,Radiology and Imaging, Pathology, Skin and VD, Paediatrics, Neonatology and Cardiology, Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Gastroentrology Outpatient department & Emergency are also functioning.
