A restored heritage manor which is the former residence of Sir R.N.Mookerjee , Sir Biren Mookerjeee and
Lady Ranu Mookerjee .
The manor is planned to be well integrated with contemporary architectural
landscape of the city which respects its heritage . Wellside Camac is a classic example of juxtapose of
Heritage and Contemporary architecture .

The 110 year old heritage manor was a private property with very limited access to the public at large .
Mr Aditya Poddar of Wellside Group has taken painstaking efforts to completely restore it . The location
of the manor is in Camac Street , the heart of commercial and retail district of Calcutta and after much deliberation
it was decided to conserve it as a artful lifestyle experiences - RNM Galleria 1910 while also exhibits its historical
significance .
It is also planned to have a economical sustainable conservation development due to its very
high cost of restoration and maintenance keeping in mind its complete access to the public at large .

The group is extremely thankful to the Chairman and Committee members of Heritage Conservation
Committee of KMC under the leadership of Honorable Mayor who has extensively supported the conservation
of the manor while protecting City Heritage .
