Primarily, the Glocal Model is a Patient Centric Model. It is not equipment or drug dependent. It treats people, not diseases. The Emphasis is on Uncompromising Transparency and without unnecessary diagnostic tests, drugs, interventions or surgeries.

With the Objective in place, Glocal has created a Grounds Up Model that predicts the number of Patients i na Community, the diseases that they are most likely to contract, and the cost of the treatment of those diseases. Approximately 17 Diseases comprise 85 % and 42 Diseases (65 Health Needs) comprise 95% of the overall disease load of Rural India. By standardizing the Diagnostic and Management Protocols of these diseases, it has been possible to create, a delivery mechanism to reduce Costs and Ensure Quality of Delivery.
