Gng Recording Studios

It is a small, personal recording studio is sometimes called a project studio or home studio, cater to specific needs of an individual artist, or are used as a non-comercial hobby. There are two rooms in the studio one is isotation booth (which is soundproofed to keep out external sounds and keep in the internal sounds), it is designed for having a lesser amount of diffused reflections from walls to make a good sounding room. A drummer, vocalist, or guitar speaker cabinet, along with microphones, is acoustically isolated in the room, another is control room.

GnG Studios Contract:

Payment:

50% deposit of agreed Payment is expected at the beginning of the recording/mixing/mastering session. No product (CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, etc.) will be turned over until full payment is made. There are also materials costs as described below. We accept cash.

Booking and Cancellation:

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% shall be required to confirm all bookings. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice shall result in payment in full due for all sessions. No further sessions shall be booked, and no materials will be released until payment for cancellation is made in full.

Rates:

The Recording rate is 500 Taka an hour, including engineer. There is a minimum booking time of 2 hours.
The Mixing/Mastering Rate is 5000 TK Per Track.
The CD Mastering Rate is 10000 TK.

Facility Rules:

Outdoor Noise:

Please understand that this is a residential location and that there are neighbors. In order to preserve their needs for a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum while outside of the house.

Smoking:

There is no smoking inside the house. You may smoke outside if you must. No drug use allowed on premises.

Trash:

Please be considerate about leaving trash around the grounds and the facility. Please leave all trash in the wastepaper baskets or in the trash container in the kitchen.

Use of Alcohol and Illegal Substances:

No illegal substances are allowed on the property. Any behavior deemed unprofessional by the house engineer of artist, artist’s guests or crew while under the influence of any substance will result in immediate termination of this agreement. No drinks are to be consumed in the control room or near any equipment.

Equipment:

You are liable for any and all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay, or intoxication to both your own equipment and ours (and to anything in the house). You will be solely liable for all equipment broken under these circumstances. We are not responsible for your equipment or persons in any way.

Guests and Visitors:

Any artist can have up to two guests (people not recording). Please inform your guests to not be a distraction to the session. If your guests are disruptive to the session, they will be asked to leave. You are responsible for any and all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay, or intoxication caused by your guests.

Liability:

Signature by artist or artist's representative below acknowledges these rates and rules are in effect, and exempt GnG Recording Studios from any liability to either persons or equipment.

Should any portion of this Agreement prove to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the balance of this Agreement.

This Agreement is the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes and replaces all previous agreements or representations both written and oral.

THE UNDERSIGNED PARTIES have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and do hereby set their hands.
