Government Polytechnic, Dumka

Government Polytechnic, Dumka, is the only institute in Santhal Pargana region under department of Science & Tech., Govt. of Jharkhand imparting Diploma in Technical Education since 1964. This Institute has high position among public & private sectors of the Country.
Under TEQIP scheme the institute has upgraded/modernised with new equipments like Auto level, Learning Resources(LRs) and Total station etc. The modern facility of the Institute is imparting many new things to weaker society and weaker students of Institute. Institute is engaged in various testing of material for Internal Revenue Generation (IRG)
