Innovative Youth's is a non-government organization. IY works to boost up employment by capacity building, skill development and inspire social entrepreneurship and dream of a world of equity; IY dreams of the smile of the Youth's and spread the theme out about Social Entrepreneurship with them.

Why IY
Innovative Youth’s stay close to the Youth’s and supports to turn their ideas into action. Supports them to enhance their skills, quality, capacity and thinking and make them able. Innovative Youth’s train and prepare the youth’s to be leader and change maker for the world of equity.

Mission
The mission is to ensure a huge number of involvement of Youth’s to soft-development activities. Capable the Youth’s by conducting training, motivating and counseling. Inspire and assist them to planning and taking action according to their innovative ideas and follow them up continuously. By which the Social Entrepreneurship will be raised on the other hand inequity and determinations will be solved ultimately.

How IY work
o Innovative Youth’s (IY) collaborate with different stakeholders to support the youth lead ‘Repair Café’.
o Arrange specific training, seminar, workshop, camp and summit on social entrepreneurship, social enterprise development, professional skill development and business risk and strategies.
o Motivate, counsel, advice and follow up disadvantaged and marginalized group.
