JOYEE Bangladesh is women and child caring Organization that has been functioning since 2006. It has been working in the southern part of Bangladesh especially for the uncared women and children to improve their living status. The organization realized that the people especially living in the southwest part of Bangladesh are insolvent of their fundamental needs from those of the other parts. Children's school enrollment rate is not satisfactory level and many of them are out of schools. It can be considered the prime reason for the main curse of this country that is illiteracy and due to this reason; the jobless rate is in a ruthless situation. These people have to face a miserable condition without safe water, proper sanitation system in their daily lives. As the people of rural area are very much traditional, they do not have care and any responsibility to educate their girls child. They consider that t women should be limited in social movement. As a result, most of the girl’s child is requisite to live in a specific boundary and they scarcely get the space to admit to the school. Sometimes they become abuse of early marriage and a pre-mature pregnancy that can cause their life risk and death also. Targeted community people have a tiny access in government service. Like safe water and sanitation, right to live with secured social environment and right to establish woman dignity. From these inceptions, the organization strongly acknowledge the urgency of different scopes for the community people to participate actively and to express their opinions freely, the easier access to resource allocation, giving value to their experience at the development fields that can result into a outstanding and an incredible change in the development field. The organization has always been with the vulnerable people at their adverse situation. It is absolutely determined to create a new dimension in social and economic context of the country through different events as such ,hygiene WaSH management, Economic development activities , Education specially for children , Skilled development training for woman empowerment , all these program has been implemented to bring a secured and peaceful life in the community .

Objectives:
• Creating scopes for involving resource –poor underprivileged community in resource management, bio-diversity conversation, sustainable agriculture and optimum resource extraction.
• Enabling resources of poor community to sustain their livelihood through improved production technology, access to market outlet, enhancing productivity of resource base and human labor.
• Building up capacity of the underprivileged community to ensure good governance and conserve human rights through social movement, policy advocacy and institutional linkage.
