"How to Order & Pay"

You can order your desired product by either messaging us on facebook or directly calling us at 01675687821. To order the product you MUST must provide :
1) The product code
2) Your name
3) Address
4) Contact number

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER :

1) Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed. Be very sure about your order before submitting the form.

2) Please check the products infront of our delivery man while you receive it. No complains will be taken into consideration once our delivery man has left your place.

3) If you are not at home and someone else is collecting your products on your behalf , then please instruct that person to check the products infront of our delivery guy.

4) Please provide a contact number which is always available and receive calls from unknown numbers after placing an order. Our delivery guy will call you before going to your place to deliver products.

5) We offer Cash On Delivery services in Dhaka for 80tk.

6) For orders of outside Dhaka ( all over Bangladesh) we deliver through Shundorban Courier service. Hence the courier charge differs depending on the size of your parcel. Please bear in mind that the full amount should be paid through bkash in that case. Delivery will only be possible once the full amount has been cleared.
