Matlabgonj J.B. Pilot High School

Matlabganj J.B. Pilot High School is one of the oldest and most renowned high schools not only in Chandpur district but also in greater Comilla. Located at Matlab Upazila Sadar, this famous institution was established in 1917 by two patrons of education Jagabandhu Saha and Biswanath Ghose and that is why, the school was named after them.
Since its inception, the school has so far produced countless galaxies of talents. Since 1950s and 1960s, the school used to occupy a remarkable place in the merit lists of Comilla Education Board.
Many of these meritorious students are still working with glory and reputation at home and abroad. The former VC of BUET Abdul Matin Patwary (currently VC of Asia Pacific University, Dhaka) is also an ex-student of this premier school. ....
