An educator goal is to give every child the opportunity of an education. That’s an educator goal as well. An educator position is that school age children with intellectual and developmental disabilities are entitled to a free, appropriate education in the least restrictive environment. An educator should be integrated in the general education classroom with the supports needed for them to be successful.
