Dhaka being the Capital and central city of the nation, all the headquarters and offices are situated along with educational institutions. People are floating to Dhaka city for their daily means. It has already been over crowded and getting more crowd every single day. Dwellers of Dhaka are also getting busier than before. Like the rest of the World and big cities, citizens of Dhaka also have very little or no time to spare. As a result they are looking for their daily commodities at their home. In year 2013 August 15, packer’s came into existence with its unique mission and vision. e-CAB membership increases the creditability and trustworthiness of Packer’s to the consumers and corporations.

Team Packer’s
At present Packer’s divided their activities in three layer as follows:
Management: Packer’s is a sole proprietorship business. It is registered under Dhaka North City Corporation as suppliers. Moulana Waliur Rahman is a young, energetic and entrepreneur. He completed his Dawra Hadith (equivalent to Masters) in 2008 and also completed Dakhil in 2012. In following year he started Packer’s and he also the Chief Executive Officer. Previously he had dealership from ACI Salt, Arku, BD Foods, HRC, Al-Amin Beverage and Fulcopy Soybean Oil. He has extensive knowledge of business management.
Technical Partner: www.opositiveicon.com one of the leading service provider for web development and software development. From the start up they are with Packer’s and our valuable IT Partner to solve all the IT related technical issues.
Operations: Currently we have one position for Head of Operations; he is Mr. Ahsanullah a graduate from Swinburne University of Technology. He has five over years of experiences in local and multinational business organization with international NGO’s experiences. Under the operations there are delivery system and Marketing and sales.

Products ::
Packer’s has varieties of products like groceries, fashions, halal meat, home & office supplies, gadgets, stationeries, books, health & beauty and bakeries & snacks. Packer’s is committed to provide the best quality products comparatively low prices. Packer’s is working with the leading brand both locally and internationally. Besides the branded products, we have our own brand and imported products what we call Packer’s Unique Products like dates, Green Olive (Joytun fruit) from Saudi Arabia, Honey, Mustard oil, and Teen fruits. While we source our products we follow the best approaches for multiple checking for quality assurance.

All in 1 Solution
If any customer chooses Packer’s to shop online then he/she can have options to view, compare price and decide any products from various brand to purchase. There are options of payments (Cash on Delivery/Online Payment Mode via debit and credit card), notifications and home delivery service. Thus customers can save time, price and receive best quality products and service with quickest delivery time.


Services ::
There are three types of services packer’s provides as follows:
1. Online store: From our online store customers are free to choose their own brand or products and they have both online and hotline ordering system in place to order. In that case packer’s retails products with wider ranges. Within twenty four hours from the order we provide delivery service for our valuable customers. Customers have the choice to select. This online store gives the customers flexibility and choice as well as it saves time and money for the customers. Moreover it is cheaper compare to mega shop but with no exception in terms of quality and services.
2. Delivery Services: we also provide express delivery services within Dhaka metropolitan city and Khulna Metropolitan city for eCommerce organizations and other corporate houses. This service available for both documents and parcel. From the appendix one can find the rates for the service.
3. Suppliers: Packer’s works as suppliers at corporate level only. It has three broad categories of products and services for suppliers like groceries, office and home cleaning items & supplies and stationery.
4. RASOI: Rasoi is Packer’s own consumer brand. At present, we only sale rice, sugar, lentil, turmeric powder and chili powder. Our operations team search for the best quality products around the country to collect, pack and sale under Rasoi brand.

Target Market ::
We have unique facilities for each group of customers. We are mainly focusing three Target Markets as we discussed above and hereunder we will provide the details:
Retail Customers: A significant numbers of customers purchase their goods and services from super or mega shops. Generally we classify those customers as elite class. Moreover, a huge number of people particularly youth and young generation are using internet over mobile devices. They also dislike going out in the market places as it is time consuming and laborious. Working couples are also increasing sharply. Packer’s targets and encourage through promotion and social media activities to purchase from online.
Packer’s Express Home Delivery: As we mention we also provide corporate home delivery services for eCommerce sites and corporate organizations and offices. These are the prime target of Packer’s for Delivery services.
Packer’s as Suppliers: We also work as suppliers in corporate level. We have three broad categories products and services like groceries, cleaning items & services and stationery. The target corporations are educational institutes, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, banks & insurance and any corporate offices.
