NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
Pipex Network consists of a combination of Wireless, xDSL and Fiber Optics technologies. Right at the moment, we have several Points of Presences (PoP) at the prime locations in Dhaka City from where we establish broadband connectivity for our valued customers. From these PoPs, the technology used for customer connectivity is based on the level of service requested by the customer and unique customer site requirements. All the PoPs are connected with the Pipex Network Operations Center (NOC) in Banani using both 3.5 GHz (Licensed) and 5.8 GHz and also 5.2 GHz frequencies, along with redundant fiber optics connectivity.

Telephonic Solution within Half an Hour:
We will respond to your problem with the effective solutions within a maximum of 30 minutes after the problem logged in.

Presence of Technical Support with Maximum 2 hours:
If there is any extra ordinary solution required, our customer support executive assigned for you will visit your office within maximum of 1-2 hours.

24/7/365 Support Center:
We remain open 24 hours, including Govt. holidays, with tele-support round the year.

Remote Monitoring on Daily Basis:
Our network support team monitors each and every links of our clients on a daily basis: quite early of every working day. This helps us to properly identify and solve the problem, if there any, even before the clients’ offices start running.
