This Institute Was Established In 1964 During Then East Bengal. It Was Founded By Then Government From Starting. There Were Two Same Institutes In Bangladesh (Formerly East Bengal) Then. The Another Was In Dhaka (Newly Named Dhaka Science College). Saidpur Government Technical School & College Was Previously A Technical Hand School. Later It Was Upgraded To College & Is Starting To Teach General Studies. Now It is The Most Reputed Institute Of Saidpur.
