Order Confirmation:

1. After we get your order we will send you a confirmation message with an order number via e-mail/FB/on your cell.

2. Once we send you the confirmation message, its mean your order is confirm.

3. Keep the order number safe.

Payment Method:

1. Cash on delivery: You can pay the money when you get the product on your hand. [Effective only for Dhaka City].

2. Bank Deposit: You can deposit the money to our bank account then we will courier your product to your destination. [All over Bangladesh].

3. bKash: You can send the money through bKash and then we will courier your product to your destination. [All Over Bangladesh].

Delivery:

**Inside Dhaka:

We will deliver your product within 24 - 48 hours after the order confirmation.

**Outside Dhaka:

In case of outside of Dhaka we will send your product through courier. You will get your product within 48 - 72 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery Charge:

Delivery charge is applicable only for Jewellery & Accessories. For Dhaka city BDT 40 will be charged & for outside of Dhaka BDT 75 will be charged.

Other products will be delivered free.

Shimanaa Online Shop is a Fixed Price Shop and we mention the prices with each product so please do not do any bargaining or ask us to reduce price.

**Online Shop:

It’s a Online Shop. We don’t have any outlet or showroom.

**Be Sure:

We always try to provide maximum details of each product. So please be sure what you are buying.

**Coloring Fact:

Sometime actual colors of products may differ from the photo due to your computer monitor color setting or camera lighting effect.

**No Return/Exchange:

We always check the dress twice before deliver it to our customer and ask our customer to do the same before receiving it from our delivery person. So once the item is delivered we can’t accept any Return/Exchange.

**Color Fading Issue:

Shimanaa Online Shop does not give any guaranty for color. We try to import those products which has not color fading issues. In case some regular brands may loose color. In that case please let us know we will be careful about that particular brand in future.
