The total number of shares of the company is 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) of Taka 100.00 each. The company has been registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Farms, Dhaka, Bangladesh and incorporated on 13th April 2011 with Number C - 92000/1. In course of time 03 more Directors have been inducted in the company. All the Directors of the company have come from various professions and enjoy a very respectable position in the society. Presently all of them are engaged in various businesses where they have excelled and have achieved tremendous success.

The Registered address of the company is at Plot Ka 13/1, Kalachandpur, Gulshan -1212, Dhaka, Bangladesh, while the Corporate address is House # 13/1, Road # 12, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka – 1212, Bangladesh. Presently there is a branch office at Cox’s Bazaar with Ticketing & other Booking / Reservation facilities for Cruise between Cox’s Bazaar and St. Martins Island. Similar facilities shall also be available from Hotel Prashad Paradise at Beach Front Road & Hotel Long Beach at Kolatali Road at Cox’s Bazaar.
