Tier IV National Data Center - 4TDC

Bangladesh Computer Council, ICT Division, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh is building a IV Tier National Data Center (4TDC) at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Kaliakoir, Gazipur with the help of Chinese Government. This data center equipped with cloud computing and G-cloud technology would be the world's fifth largest data center. Some of its targets are as follows:

a) Establish facility for safe storage of government and financial sector data
b) Support the promotion of e-service and e-commerce
c) Establish NOC (Network Operation Center)
