:VISION:
The Vision of the Tripura State Pollution Control Board is to generate responsiveness of the people of the State where they appreciate the true value of the clean and pollution free natural environment, utilize its natural resources in a sustainable manner for national development, conserve its biological diversity for equitable sharing and flow benefits to the society with a view to have a healthy environment for the posterity.


:MISSION:
The mission of the Board is to create an environment in the state where the people shall cease to pollute the natural resources, Conserve the biological diversity and utilize its natural resources sustainably through a strong governance framework. It is also the mission of the Board to improve the knowledge and understanding of the people of the state on importance and necessity of clean environment and foster community participation, ownership and support for making the State free from pollution of all forms.
