Woodland BD is promoting and selling Original Woodland Products (Shoes, Sandals, T-Shirts and other Accessories) since 2012 in Bangladesh. We have a Showroom in one of the prime location in Dhaka (Shop # 470, Police Plaza Concord, Hatir Jheel Link Rd, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh). On the other hand anyone can get our service through online (http://www.bdonlinemart.com/woodlandbd) from anywhere in Bangladesh.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All the displayed Products are Original.
2. Some displayed Products might not be available in stock. In that case we will try to arrange that product according to customers demand.
3. Given Price can be changed from time to time but it will not change once order has been placed.
4. There is no return policy once product has been received by Customer successfully.

Order Policy:

1. At first register your account to bdonlinemart.com with valid contact number and shipping address. Submit your order through website for your desired product using a valid account. You can also inbox your desired product Link/Model number to our Facebook page or send a mail to "order@bdonlinemart.com" with your contact details. You can order directly to our Hotline Number: 019779 333 44 (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
2. We will check the availability of that product and share the final price with related information to Customer.
3. In case of Product unavailability we will inform you accordingly.
4. Delivery would be possible via Courier once get final order from Customers.


Delivery Policy:

1. We will maintain 100% reliable delivery Channel.
2. Most of the cases our personal agent will deliver products inside Dhaka City. However, SA Paribahan (On Condition) is most preferable for outside Dhaka delivery.
3. In normal scenario delivery would be possible within 1-3 working days inside Dhaka City. Delivery time would be variable for outside Dhaka.
4. Delivery would be delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances. In that case we will update Customers time to time with delay cause.

Delivery Charge:

1. Tk. 50 delivery charge will be added with individual products for inside dhaka delivery. For outside Dhaka it would be Tk. 100.


Payment Policy:

1. Payment method is “bKash, Cash on Delivery and Online Payment”.
2. COD is possible inside Dhaka City. However, minimum 500 TK down payment required via bKash for outside Dhaka City, rest of the payment will be received by SA Paribahan "On Condition" service.
3. In some cases customers have to pay 100% product price before delivery.
4. If we fail to deliver within mentioned time we will return back exact amount instantly.


Return Policy:

1. There is no return policy once product has been received by Customer successfully.
2. However, in case of any unusual situation like size mismatch, defects etc. we will replace that product.

Size Guideline:

1. We will maintain standard Size for all customers. We will share detail size Guideline with Customer once order has been placed. Customers can return back products in case of any size mismatch.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET?

1. Set your foot on a sheet of paper and draw the outline of your foot with a pencil held vertically.
2. Draw a mark at the end of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, also mark the sides of the widest part of the foot.
3. For the foot length, measure between heel and toe pencil marks
4. For the foot width, measure the marks at the widest part of the foot.
5. Repeat the process for your other foot.
6. If you find one foot's measurement is larger than the other, always use the larger foot size.
7. While buying shoes, measure your feet wearing socks.
